We want your order to arrive safely and exactly as expected. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery and returns process.
After placing your order, we will contact you by email or WhatsApp, depending on the communication method you selected. Please make sure that your contact details are entered correctly.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice for payment. Payment can be made via MB WAY or bank transfer.
Your kits will be shipped after we receive 100% payment for the order. If you have any questions, we will be happy to assist you.
Our products are handmade and carefully prepared to order. Most personalised kits and cookie sets are handmade within approximately one week. To ensure your order arrives on time, we recommend ordering in advance and letting us know the date you need your items. Some products may occasionally be available for immediate dispatch.
We ship throughout Portugal using CTT. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days across Mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect delivery information.
As our products are handmade and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number together with photographs of the issue.
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production of a personalised item has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
